This notice explains how charlesstreetmayfair.co.uk uses cookies and similar technologies. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Langford House Ltd, trading as Charles Street Mayfair.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which browsers use to remember information between page views. 2. What this site currently uses
We have reviewed what is actually implemented on this site. As at the date above:
- No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or measurement script is installed.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run retargeting or advertising tags.
- No account or login cookies for visitors. The site does not offer visitor accounts, so no authentication session cookie is set for you.
- No cookie banner is shown, because we do not set any cookie that requires your consent.

3. Enquiry forms
Our Stay, Contact and Get a Proposal forms do not rely on tracking cookies. What you type is submitted directly to our secure database and used only to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your connection is encrypted over HTTPS.
4. Third-party content
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some photography is served by third-party image hosts. These requests can reveal your IP address to those providers so they can deliver the file, but they are not used by us to set tracking cookies. We do not embed social media widgets, chat tools or video players that set marketing cookies.
5. If this changes
If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will update this notice, list the specific cookies and their lifespans, and present a consent banner so you can accept or reject them before they are set.
6. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — most browsers explain how under “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works. The ICO publishes general guidance on cookies at ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies.
